Ron Luce, owner of Bishop Art Supply, has been drawing and painting since he was a child. Studying art at Fresno and San Diego State Universities furthering his art skills and later returning to his first love the  Eastern Sierra, where he developed a layering technique to build mass and depth without sacrificing the transparency of watercolor as a medium.
