Carol Taylor Watercolors

 

Carol Taylor , watercolor artist, has been painting for about 30 years after discovering the joy of art while taking classes at the local Jr College in Bishop, CA. Carol was born and raised in Oklahoma and has a degree in speech therapy from Oklahoma state University.     

 

Through her watercolors, Carol hopes to convey a beauty and joy of life by evoking a nostalgic and pleasant feeling to her viewers. She regularly uses her favorite colors of pinks and purples in her floral still life’s .  She also paints the beautiful landscapes of the Eastern Sierra Mountains which are in her front yard! 

Carol has taught watercolor classes in her home studio and for the adult education program in Bishop. You can see her work at Bishop Art Supply on Main Street and online through Bishop Art Supply, where she sells originals, prints and notecards.
